Drops & Orders

In-hand orders will be shipped out within 3-5 days. Any delays will be communicated via email, but if there are any issues with your order/for some reason you don't hear from me, please reach out via email!

Preorder pins may take several months to produce; please do not preorder if you are unable to wait that long to receive your pin. If your order contains both an in-hand pin and a preorder pin, the order will not be shipped until the preorder pin is finished and graded. Please place separate orders if you don't want to wait for the preorder pin to come in.

If you ever want to combine shipping on multiple orders, please email me ASAP and I'll do my best to accommodate; however, I can't guarantee combined shipping in all cases. Note: I don't have a shop code for combined shipping at the moment, but I may add one later.

Once a package leaves my hands and is scanned in by USPS, I cannot be held responsible if it becomes lost, damaged, or missing. Unfortunately I have no in with the US postal service. :( If you have issues with your package, I recommend filing a claim with USPS online.

Grading

Please remember that pins are handmade so no pin is 100% perfect. However, I will quality check and grade each individual pin to make sure they meet my standards before I sell them.

Here are my current grading criteria:

A grades: These are the best of the batch. May have a few tiny flaws such as scratches, air bubbles, or specks of dust that are only noticeable upon close inspection, but these flaws do not detract from the design.
B grades: May have slightly more noticeable flaws such as tiny breaks in the metal, overflow or missing enamel, or flecks of metal/marks in the enamel. Still, these flaws are often unapparent when held at arm's length.
C grades: Flaws may be noticeable when displayed (e.g., dents, under-filled enamel, marks or scratches on the character's face, etc.).

Anything lower than a C will not be sold.

Note: If an entire batch of pins has the exact same flaw/characteristic, I may choose to disregard that particular flaw when assigning grades to the individual pins. However, I will always be transparent about this prior to selling the pins.

Resale/Trade Rules

Please do not resell or trade my pins until they have been in your possession for at least 30 days. The same rule applies to preorder pins.

Please do not sell my pins for more than drop + ship + ship price.

International Shipping

I am not currently able to ship to the UK unfortunately. :(

Otherwise, I do ship outside of the US as long as (a) you are able to use PayPal and (b) USPS ships to your country. If you are located in a country that USPS has temporarily suspended service to, I am more than happy to hold onto your purchase(s) until shipping resumes.

Please note that you are responsible for any customs/import fees or taxes that may apply.

Also, international friends: if you want to combine shipping on multiple orders, please email me ASAP. I know international shipping is expensive, so I'll do my best to save you shipping costs when I can.

Refunds

Purchases from my shop, including preorders, are non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances (such as significant production issues with preorder pins). In these cases, I reserve the right to determine whether refunds should be issued.
